Step 1

Complete the Information Form Below

Complete the Sponsor Information Form below and click submit. When you click submit you will be directed to a page displaying the Sponsor Agreement Terms & Conditions.

Step 2

Accept Agreement Terms and Conditions

Read the Sponsor Agreement and Agree to the Terms & Conditions. When you click submit, you will be taken to the payment page to complete your sponsorship.

Step 3

Make Your Payment

Complete your sponsor enrollment by making your payment. You will receive a confirmation from your payment processor of choice. Additional details regarding your sponsorship will be provided via email after your payment is received.
