Sponsor & Hold Harmless Agreement

Yes, I/We agree to participate with the 1st Annual WJZZ Jazz Summit & Concert as a VIP sponsor. I/We understand that as a VIP sponsor of this event I/We agree to the following:

Event Details

1st Annual WJZZ Jazz Summit & Concert to provide:

  • Table for 10

  • 3 Minute Address to Attendees

  • Digital Display in Corporate Sponsor Listing During Event

  • Digital Display of Logo On WJZZ Website

  • Digital Display of Logo on Highland Park Chamber of Commerce Website

Sponsor to provide:

  • $250 Payment to WJZZ Detroit Radio Entertainment LLC.

  • High-resolution company logos for all brands (vector file: JPG, PDF or SVG) sent via email to connect@wjzzdetroitradio.com no later than Friday, December 9, 2022.

Hold Harmless Agreement

The following Hold Harmless agreement is an essential part of this agreement.

The undersigned hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the 1st Annual WJZZ Jazz Summit & Concert, WJZZ Detroit Radio Entertainment LLC, Hotel Saint Regis Detroit, and any/all event team members from any costs, losses, damages, injuries, litigation, and liability arising out of or related to the activities and use of the public or private property by the undersigned and the agents and employees of the undersigned, at the above-described event.
